Christmas: Russian Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can of Linda Corn
- 1 can of Linda Petit Pois
- 3 potatoes medianas peladas and en cubos
- 2 carrots grandes chopped
- 4 eggs grandes
- 1/2 cup bacon chopped
- 1 cup chicken desmenuzado
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise premium
- 1 tablespoon de mustard
- Sal and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs in salted water until firm but tender.
- Fry the bacon until crisp and set aside.
- Mix the cooked vegetables with Linda Corn, petit pois, chicken and bacon.
- Dress with mayonnaise and mustard, fold in gently and adjust the seasoning.
