Linda Crispy Chicken Flutes

Rolled tortillas with chicken stewed in Linda Tomato Paste. Fried until golden and served with ketchup.
Ingredients
- 10 corn or flour tortillas
- 2 shredded chicken breasts
- 1 can Linda Sweet Corn, drained
- 2 tablespoons Linda Tomato Paste
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon Linda Oil
- Linda Salt, pepper and oregano
- Oil for frying
- Linda ketchup, cream and lettuce to serve
Preparation
- Sauté onion and garlic. Add the chicken and Linda Tomato Paste. Season.
- Fill the tortillas, roll and pin them.
- Fry until golden and crisp.
- Serve with Linda ketchup, cream and lettuce.
