1. The site

linda.com.do is the information site of Transagrícola and the Linda brand. It shows products, recipes, news and how to reach us. It is not an online store: products are sold in neighborhood stores, supermarkets and other distribution channels.

2. Permitted use

You may read the content for personal, non-commercial use. Recipes are meant for home cooking. Do not copy the site, product photos, or the Linda or Bella marks to resell them or pass them off as your own.

3. Product information

Descriptions, weights and photos are published with care, but the pack on the shelf is the reference. Availability varies by store. Nothing on this site promises health outcomes, sales or search rankings.

4. Recipes and media

Recipes and videos are cooking guidance. Adapt ingredients and times to your kitchen. Transagrícola is not responsible for uses other than those described.

5. Links and social media

Links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or Maps leave our control. Review them under their own rules.

6. Intellectual property

Copy, design, logos and photographs of Linda and Bella belong to Transagrícola or to those who allowed us to show them. Use of the site does not transfer any rights.

7. Liability

The site is offered “as is”. We work to keep it available, but there may be outages, errors or outdated content. To the extent Dominican law allows, Transagrícola is not liable for damages from using the site or third-party sites.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Disputes are heard in the competent courts of Santiago de los Caballeros, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.
